PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING BEFORE SCHEDULING YOUR APPOINTMENT:

  • For government contracting/procurement, SAM registration or certifications like woman-owned, minority-owned, veteran-owned, service-disabled owned, disadvantaged business, distressed business, certified HUBZone, etc., please head over to the APEX website, do not schedule an appointment with an SBDC consultant for those topics.

  • Only schedule one meeting with one consultant at a time - do not schedule multiple meetings with the same consultant or with multiple consultants unless you've been specifically directed to do so by the SBDC. 

  • You will receive a confirmation email after you book a time with a consultant. Please read it in its entirety.

    • NOTE: some email providers will automatically send our emails to a separate folder and they might not appear in your Inbox. Before you call us about missing confirmation emails, please check your "All Mail" (GMail), spam or other similar folders for an email from "notifications@calendly.com", or search for "Calendly"

    • The email will contain CANCEL and RESCHEDULE links

    • If you realize that you will not be able to make your appointment, use those links to let us know as soon as possible.

  • Please enter your cell phone number when you book your time so we can send you a reconfirmation text message 24 hours before your appointment time.

  • If you have never met with us or attended one of our workshops/webinars before, you will need to create an account with us before you meet with a consultant. A link will be included in your appointment confirmation email.
